The objective being that you make your decision based on knowing all you need to know to make the decision the right one. Let us now give you some advice so that you maximise the visit you make:
- Pay attention to the distribution of the properties
- Have in mind the exterior light, and the orientation of the property
- Consider the general aspects of the property.
- Consider the location and immediate facilities in the vicinity of the property
