The present document is intended to describe the data protection policy of Garu Fomento y Gestión Inmobiliaria S.L. (Garu) applicable to its web site (Portal)
The personal data gathered via the Portal Vestibule will be subject to automated treatment and incorporated in individual automated files belonging to Garu, which, according to the effective laws, are registered correctly in the General Register of the Agency of Data Protection.
In the forms of the Portal where personal data is requested, the fields needed to activate a service will be marked. The automated treatment process of such data as a result of the request, use, hiring of any product or service or any transaction or operation conducted through the Portal, has the purpose of  managing the relationship requested by the user, the management and/or administration of the services to which the user subscribes, the accomplishment of profiles with commercial aims, as well as the shipment by postal or electronic mail of offers and publicity of other products and services of the societies Garu Fomento S.L and/or of third organisations of the sectors financial, automotion, telecommunications, real estate, remote sale, fast-moving consumer goods, leisure, energy and water, ONG and training.
The title user of his/her personal data will be able to execute, under the terms and limitations established by law, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, by postal mail to the following address: C/San Rafael nº8 2ªPlanta, 29670, San Pedro de Alcántara (Malaga). In the corresponding letter, the user will address the Department of Personal Data and indicate and/or enclose: the electronic mail address as appears in our data base, the password that user has to access to our online services online, a photocopy of an Identification document or passport, mailing address and a contact  telephone number.  Garu guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data. However, will reveal to the competent public authorities the personal data and any other information that is on its files, or accessible through its IT systems if  it is required in accordance with the legal and prescribed dispositions applicable to the case. In the case that Garu decides to give away information to third parties any data described as personal,  we will ask for acceptance, specifying as well the identity of those third parties and the purpose of such use.

The communication of the personal data through any means established in the Portal, supposes the  authorisation of the user to make the described treatment in the previous paragraphs.
